Pick Up Time
HALF-DAY PROGRAM : Pick up from your hotel or accommodation in Chiang Mai.
⏱Morning: 6:30–7:30 am. Rpick up at your hotel and return to hotel at 11:30 am–12 pm.
⏱Afternoon: From 11:30 AM. - 12:30 PM. and return from 4:00 PM. - 4:30 PM.
Approximately 30 minutes drive to the elephant sanctuary in Chiang Mai, on the coast. Northwest of Chiang Mai province, pleasant and beautiful mountain road and incredible jungle.
ELEPHANT JUNGLE SANCTUARY
- Drive 1 hour and 30 minutes to the south of Chiang Mai province, pleasant road of indigenous and mountainous terrain.
- Arrival at Elephant Jungle Sanctuary Chiang Mai and time for traditional Karen change of clothes.
- Listen to an introductory lesson on elephant behavior and their individual history, before meeting our elephants. Feed, photograph, interact and play with the elephants in a natural environment.
- Join the elephants for a mud spa.
- Walk with the elephants and bathe them in the water.
- Time for a traditional Thai meal and seasonal fruit.
- Time to say goodbye to the elephants. We leave Elephant Jungle Sanctuary Chiang Mai and drive approximately 1 hour and 30 minutes to your hotel.
Return to your hotel or accommodation.
- Please note: At the sanctuary, we will allow you to spend as much time as possible with the elephants. Therefore, there is no formal schedule and, apart from pick-up times, the times shown here are approximate.
What to bring?
- Clothes and shoes that do not mind getting wet or dirty.
- Swimsuit > Sunscreen / Cap / Towel / Mosquito repellent
- Transportation included at your hotel in Chiang Mai.
