PANDA PHUKET TOUR CO., LTD Services:
Most of the services offered on pandaphukettour.com are arranged directly by PANDA PHUKET TOUR CO., LTD. Some services are provided by other companies but sold by us. We are a tour operator, and some excursions are arranged by other partner companies; in these cases, we are not the tour operator.
Each excursion details the included and excluded items. If no inclusion is noted, it is assumed that the service is not included.
Our English-speaking Thai guides are licensed professionals. If booked in English, they speak fluent Spanish and have the appropriate training. However, they are locals, and it's important to understand that accents and some words may vary; some have a higher level of proficiency than others, of course. If the tour is booked as a group and is not private but in English, it's not guaranteed that the entire group will speak English. Depending on the day, the same English-speaking guide may speak to and assist other clients in another language.
Booking Procedure: After completing the booking form on our website and making payment, we will send a confirmation document with the pick-up time. Some excursions are subject to confirmation; if the client has made payment and it cannot be confirmed, an immediate refund will be issued.
Conditions for cancellation or modification:
We only offer date changes, we do NOT accept refunds except in these cases:
>> If the excursion is cancelled due to weather, storms, sea conditions, etc.
>> Any other reason that prevents the excursion from being carried out by us or by the operating company.
In all the cases mentioned above, the client will be offered a change of date in case he/she is interested in doing the excursion on another possible day instead of the money refund. If the client does not have any other day available or does not want to do it on another day, the money will be refunded by the same method of payment made at the time of the reservation.
It is recommended that you purchase travel insurance that covers possible illness, accidents, or flight delays that may affect your tour itinerary. If the tour cannot be canceled due to, for example, storms, bad weather, or other causes beyond the client's control, 100% of the total amount will be refunded. In the event that we or the operating company cancel the tour or due to national park warnings, rain alone is not a reason for cancellation, and the tour will continue to operate. PANDA PHUKET TOUR CO., LTD reserves the right to modify or cancel itineraries or services due to unavailability of guides or transportation due to causes beyond the company's control. In such cases, 100% of the total amount will be refunded.

On island excursions, changes to the program may occur due to weather conditions or changes made by the national park management. Changes will always be made to comply with guidelines or for the safety of the client. No claims can be filed if the tour is subject to changes beyond our control.
All boats and minivans are in excellent condition and have all the legal inspections. However, a boat or vehicle may fail. If the boat/vehicle is replaced or the problem is resolved within a reasonable time, no claims can be filed.
If the client suffers an accident during the tour, all tours include accident insurance, and assistance will be provided if reported during the tour. PANDA PHUKET TOUR CO., LTD. or the tour operator will not be held responsible for any illness after the tour or an accident caused by the client's failure to follow instructions.
Insurance does not cover, for example, monkey bites on the Phi Phi Islands, people with heart problems, back problems, or any other existing ailments or illnesses, pregnant women, or people over 65.
IMPORTANT
Excursion insurance only covers accidents that occur during the tour. In the event of any mishap, assistance will be provided and a visit to the doctor or hospital, as appropriate, will be included on the day of the excursion. Any subsequent visits, as well as additional checkups or treatments, will be the client's responsibility, along with their travel insurance.

If we detect any attempt at abuse or fraud by the client, where the situation is not clearly justified and a financial intention is perceived, the necessary legal measures will be taken to prevent this type of deceptive and abusive tourism with insurance companies and tour operators.
The team or guides may take photos during the tour. On some tours, there may be an optional extra charge if the client requests photos, or on the contrary, they may be free. We are not responsible for photo purchases from the tour operator or photos that a team member takes and tells you they will send them to you. We recommend that you lend your phone or camera so the guide or assistants can take the photos. However, on one-off, private, or small tours, we may take photos and send them to the client as a courtesy, but this does not always happen, and we are not obligated to do so.
We are not responsible for lost or damaged belongings. The client is responsible for their belongings. If something is left behind on the boat, we cannot guarantee that it will be recovered, as it is often used for multiple services and more guests will board. We are also not responsible for belongings left on the boat or cameras lost or damaged while snorkeling or other activities.
Our customer service is excellent, and we stand out from the crowd for the service we offer. However, during the tour, there is a team and a guide to assist and provide the best service to tourists. If you have any specific complaints or don't understand anything, you should speak to them at that time, and they will be happy to help you.
PANDA PHUKET TOUR CO., LTD uses the best security and anti-fraud tools for payments made on our website, copies of protected content, and any other scams that someone tries to carry out, such as travel insurance fraud. All customer pickups are documented by the driver at the hotels with corresponding photos with time and date, so we always know if the client has been picked up for the excursion. Any claim will be verified through our security cameras on the boats, with the guide or with the operating company to verify the veracity depending on each case or tour contracted. We are a local company and unlike other large companies that sell excursions en masse online, we always know what is happening and have sufficient means to protect ourselves against false stories or claims.
Our WhatsApp is always available for any questions or issues that may arise, but once the client is on the tour, any specific complaints or concerns arise, there is a team of guides and staff available to help and assist you in the best possible way.
Because we are one of the few who offer immediate WhatsApp support in Spanish, some people use this method for traveler information and support in Thailand. We will skip any questions unrelated to our tour service so we can focus on our customers.
