Free of charge! We accept changes in dates up to 48 hours before the activities and excursions. Excursions or activities can be rescheduled at no extra cost and we offer up to 12 months to carry out the activity or activities.

We only offer date changes, we do NOT accept refunds except in these cases:

>> If the excursion is cancelled due to weather, storms, sea conditions, etc...

>> Any other reason that prevents the excursion from being carried out by us or by the operating company.

In all the cases mentioned above, the client will be offered a change of date in case he/she is interested in doing the excursion on another possible day instead of the money refund. If the client does not have any other day available or does not want to do it on another day, the money will be refunded by the same method of payment made at the time of the reservation.
